Quality assurance system
for Jadeela Steel Industries are following Risk Base and a pro-active approach to evaluate and assess all processes, considering FMEA approach and process monitoring to enhance our customer satisfaction.
Quality Control System
for Jadeela Steel Industries is using the most recent quality control testing technology, equipment and instrument that enable us to always monitor and evaluate our product parameters and to detect and prevent nonconformities product to be deliver to our customers. Also Jadeela Steel Industries is dealing with accredited and certified testing labs to conduct regular long term testing for the PC Strands to ensure that we are fully met our customers
specifications according to below testing criteria
- – Relaxation test at 80 % of Break load for 1000 hours.
- – Tensile testing including yield strength and Modulus of elasticity.
- – Deflected tensile testing.
- – Stress corrosion testing.
- – Cryogenic testing at -196 deg c.
- – Fatigue testing for 2 Million cycles.
- – Pull out test.
